great service but basic rooms
The owner provided outstanding service, going above and beyond by driving me to a nearby supermarket and waiting for me. The restaurant offered delicious meals, which is a rarity in Nicaragua, and I particularly enjoyed the mountain view from the patio. The location is incredibly convenient, placing you in the heart of all the local attractions.
The rooms were quite basic, lacking some expected amenities.

The place was perfectly located just across from the beach and close to several good restaurants and activities like kiteboarding. The staff put in a real effort to make my stay pleasant, and the food at the on-site restaurant was quite tasty. However, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired, with some dust and bugs in the room, and it would have been nice to have hot water. Overall, it was decent for the price, especially for a solo traveler like myself.
